Hello there! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some super things about it and my auntie got detailed Six pack abs and lost a ton of fat with it.
ive got high metabolism and im a bit skinny and im trying to gain some muscle. i know what exersises i need to do but i also need to know what i have to eat. mainly what types of foods. if it helps i eat allot of bread and meat :/ aha
It's not just dieting. Dieting actually slows down your metabolism so your body doesn't have to work as hard so you burn less. Dieting is key, but you also have to mix in intense weight training and short high intensity cardio. Also you should try and trigger the afterburn effect, which is the number one solution to getting lean abs. While this guy gives great advice, to learn more you should check out sixpackshortcuts :)

I would like to have 6 pack visible yes, but rather have a stronger core, I am very skinny and I dont have a visible 6 pack or a strong core I cant even do 10 crunches, but I probably get my abs bigger and stronger if I worked on them every day not losing weight, believe me I the last thing I need to do is lose weight. I've got about half inch of fat over my abs, but I could build the abs bigger in year to make them visible.

@Shmossy not "irrelevant" being strong is a huge advantage, as is being big. thats why there are weight divisions in boxing. being good at fighting comes down to having correct timing and knowing how to distribute your weight into your limbs to punch/kick someone effectively you can be very skillful and thats great but being skillfull should also be accompanied by being strong. A skilled guy will beat an unskilled guy, but a big skilled guy will beat a small skilled guy 99% of the time

@Cookie17656 I would say run,run,run,jump rope,and do heaps of ab crunches,squats and sun salutations.I would also recommend adding press-ups and pull-pups in there.

@sahil98031 this will help go swimming if you can .hit the punch bag ,high impact sports ie football ,doge ball things that have explosive movment is what your looking for, hope this helps

wow you guys ask too many questions. all ya gotta do is do some hiit to get your body ft percentage lower, eat healthier foods, then during/after that, do your core workouts.

its not a beer gut, its a protective layering for my rock hard abs...lol! I'm 15 almost 16 and am 5'9" with big thick bones and good structure for working out and weigh 165 so im a lil overweight and i have some moobs but other than that i dont look to bad. I just bought p90x and im gonna do that for 3 cycles before next summer and start on the heavy lifting on the weight set we have i the basement. @hiian123 you need all different kinds of amino acid proteins.. and good sugars. eat breakfast like a king, eat lunch like a prince and eat dinner like a peasent. eating close to bed time makes it hard to digest your food. you can train as hard as you want but you will not become fully fit unless you commit to a healthy diet ( which youve taken notice haha) the foods you want are fish, chicken, pasta and some red meats on a weekly basis. pure fruit smoothy every morning is key. hope this helps

Abs just helps you ge the "Wrong" type of girl who melts and is easily sweepen off when they see guys with abs, those are immature ones, the easy ones. While the real women are the ones who check out your personality rather than looks. I worked out to get fit and healthy which I am now, I lost alot of weight, but I want a woman who wants me not solely for my looks.

you have to just eat the foods that give you the most energy but fill you up the least like salads and shit . and you use that energy to exercise or work out . so your throwing away more than your taking in ! :D

Haha hey I was hopeing for you to respond to this but ur expervillage ... i've seen alot of videos of this group so i know i wont get a reply so.. Anyways if someone is really A body builder .. please dont lie and comment giving me false info anyways.. im 15 about 5,11 Im very thin and somedays ill see a good outline of my abs and other days not Anyone know how to make those abs all ways show? is it a type of food its doing it or like low body water or what?

@sqeezilproducts Yes, personality, responsibility, a nice fellow. Abs just helps you ge the "Wrong" type of girl who melts and is easily sweepen off when they see guys with abs, those are immature ones, the easy ones. While the real women are the ones who check out your personality rather than looks. I worked out to get fit and healthy which I am now, I lost alot of weight, but I want a woman who wants me not solely for my looks.

finally someone thats a personal trainer gets honest. It doesnt matter if you do situp if u want to see them u need to diet and do cardio to burn fat off. EAT ALMONDS AND BLUE BERRIES trust me they help burn stomach fat

I like everything this guy says, but I believe doing abs and even weighted ab exercises helps bring them out. They're just like any other muscle if you lift more weight with them they''ll get bigger.
that being said I would only do weighted ab exercices when in a lean state , if your guts already kind of flaby you don't want it bigger.

you have to just eat the foods that give you the most energy but fill you up the least like salads and shit . and you use that energy to exercise or work out . so your throwing away more than your taking in ! :D

Strangly i have a six pack, well its So~so. but i NEVER work out, NEVER. i weigh 160 5'6/5'7 im really thin, idk why i weigh so much dont ask, just wanted to let ya know :D
