@krd311 I can't help you that much but I have an idea maybe the game won't work on a certain pc or maybe you might have to check the game for scratches I know its new but you can never be to careful. Unfortunately thats all I have got, the version I am playing is on the 360. Get the game or computer checked is all I have got sorry ):
