I suffered from Osgood-Schlatter disease (common knee disorder) as an active teenager sprinter. I am back in the gym after a few years at age 30 and now focus on all around body fitness and strength.
So, my routine has a lot of deadlifts, compound movements and SQUATS!
In your experience and opinion, is it a good idea for me to be doing heavy squats with my medical history?
Thus far I have experienced only some tightness and stiffness in the affected knee - no pain.

I'm dumbfounded by how stunning she is. Gosh. I'm surprised how her idea of active-recovery has no resemblance to her primary sport.
