OMG...I love ghost hunting shows too and have also seen most of the episodes of "ghost hunters" and the international one. You should watch paranormal state (US show) It's on a channel called A&E. I'm no sure if you have it in England.

I love watching the ghost hunting programs too, I usally get orbs and sounds too nothing big, but then one time I saw a episode with a really old light house and you can see a human shadow run up the steps lol I could'nt sleep for like a month.
