@hitak2 ох братан, чую я не сидел ты в машинах этого класса сам)) у нас в броне предусмотрены нагнетатели для такого дела))) Как правило, по интернету бегают ролики с учебными танками, в которых почти во всех эти нагнетали давным давно не работают, а по сему солдаты/курсанты открывают люки)) На боевых машинах всё это исправно и никаких проблем не бывает)) Так что повторюсь-наша броня ДЛЯ ВОЙНЫ )) и ОНА ЛУЧШАЯ!) Ни один танк не воевал столько, сколько наши советские/российские "Т" ))

@969Bomba, the Leo 2, M1 and challenger 2 don't use autoloaders because it's been proven that a 4th crewman is both faster and more reliable than 1970-80's era autoloaders.
A T-90 can shoot 8 rounds a min max, 8 seconds per round.
A competent crewman can load a round every 5 seconds, about 12 rounds per minute, I also know of men who have done it in less if they don't have the gun locked during reloading.
It should be noted that the west are going to be using modern autoloaders in 10 years.

Risken finns ju att man blir nedkämpad, jag hade gärna haft en pistol också. Officerarna vill också att alla ska ha pistol, men tid och pengar avgör när man ska lägga utb tyvärr. Just nu fanns det inte tid alls som jag förstod, lite tråkigt. Det är nog inte helt kul att klättra ut på vagnen om något (som faktiskt lyckats slå ut en strv) skjuter mot en XD

im a tank oficer from israel , the mens in the video looks like 6 month reruits and althought that they do a good job inside the tank (the loader is quite slow and do some technical mistakes while loading but he will be better with the time ) . the strange thing here is that they practice the "fire and advance" technic in flat ground at very slow speed (they supose to charge and cover each other) !!!!but good job , go germany , israel's friend and allied

Huhu, im a Tank Commander from Switzerland (Leo2 A4) and i just say : ,,a good Loader should always hold a Projectile in his Arms.. :-) but very n1 Vid.
Some recruit tank gunners get motion sickness in the beginning, because of the gun stabilization and looking through the sights while on the move. Usually after a while they get used to it, and don't get sick anymore. So I don't think you should worry about it. Myself I was a driver and never had that problem.
same with us, usually when it happens we get cover from infantry and other tanks and re-attach the tracks in hopefully less then 10 minutes, record for mark 4 is 3 minutes i think.
Beeing Tanker is great. Ask yourself, what ist better, walking all day or driving in a 1200 hp MBT??? Unfortunately you will not gett to drive in the incredible Leopard2 :-)
ask yourself what is better- greasing a tank all night, exchange parts of the track that are broken, hammering for hours, being stuck in a war machine that is still quite uncomfortable for sometimes a great length of time?

Errr the only countries that have contributed forces to Eurocorps are Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain, and you can't really join the Eurocorps (like for example the French Foreign legion), but if you're in your country's military service your unit can be attached to EC command.
What a chance you have to drive this beast. I was mecanics in Belgium army on Leopard 1 between 1978 and 1980. Now I drive WWII Sherman tank from The Royal Army Museum of Brussels as volunteer. Have a look on my videos on You Tube, login "harentrois"

i want my six minutes back. i do a search for burning tanks - great! this guys got footage of aleopard eating one of those HEAT rounds it's not designed for - NOT.

im a merkava mark 4 tanker, just know the grass is always greener... we think the infantry have all the fun, they say we have all the fun...
and artillery... well...
if you ask me go infantry, too much mechanics and motion sickness.

werewolf when your picked to the army you start straight after highschool. I was turning 19 when I started my service. You don't have to be an officer to drive the tanks in Sweden.

hmm, ja eg har vært i usa og sett på m1a2 og den er litt i forkant av leo2a6 på tanke av trening av persjonell og at di har feks depletet uranium som panserbrytene og til panser og det er det harleste man kan få tak i. men m1 bruker mye drivstoff men derretter er us army verdensledene når det gjelder logistikk

Bästa film jag sett om strv 122. är fd vagnchef från MekB19 (boden 99/00) och gissa om jag saknar att få rida odjuret och få känna doften från en bumpa. kolla förresten in dintekniks hemsida och sök på leopard. kolla in vad reportern har skrivit. stämmer bra. VI ÄR FRONTEN!

Hey you can join the army, but you'll have to be a german for 3-5 years. Like the same for me if I would like to join the american one...

you must live in a County of European Union for atleast 5years to Join Eurokorps (mixed Germans/Greeks/Italions/Dutch etc etc soldiers)

Errr the only countries that have contributed forces to Eurocorps are Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain, and you can't really join the Eurocorps (like for example the French Foreign legion), but if you're in your country's military service your unit can be attached to EC command.

What a chance you have to drive this beast. I was mecanics in Belgium army on Leopard 1 between 1978 and 1980. Now I drive WWII Sherman tank from The Royal Army Museum of Brussels as volunteer. Have a look on my videos on You Tube, login "harentrois"
