murtha gave a great speech in 07 where he spoke about his great grandmother who was alive during the civil war. He was 6 years old and by her bedside before she died and she told him
"we're here to make a difference". that speech has stuck with me ever since then.

All republicans are the same. Nothing productive can come from that party. There is a true statesman in the democratic pirmary for that seat. I just hope the people are smart enought to figure out which dem is the States man and which is the phony.
seriously?? wow! Looks like the GOP may be able to use this to their advantage though, like with Kennedy's seat. Not sure if that's entirely a bad thing, though, considering that the Dems' majority is probably too big anyway at the moment. They have a few seats to spare.
