This is a Turkish-Jewish song. Pesah is the Turkish spelling of the holiday. In English we approximate the Hebrew letter 'chet' with a 'ch' but in Turkish there is no 'ch' sound. So most 'chets' are rendered simply with an 'h'. For instance: Hag Pesah Sameah is correct in Turkish spelling.
