I think one of his problems is that he can cover any kinds of music. His singing with Ryan Tedder(One Republic), Apologize, blew away everyone (alternative rock), and his new single, Save the Day (rock) is better than any rock songs of today. I hope he continues to experiment different routs although he is a soulful pop singer because he puts own unique touch to any songs he sings and they are so good.

He has issues with his confidence in singing. But maybe that's why people love him so much. There are tons of singers with big heads without talent, but no doubt he has raw talent and he has still room to grow.
