This is actually a great idea to advertise like this. Superbowl ad time cost insane amounts of money, and they charge by the second...so by dong a one second ad, they are still getting all the millions of viewers to watch, and still getting the product out there without spending huge amounts of money to do it.

You can generate a lot of analysis from this 1 second ad. For an entire year Miller has been pushing high-life product starring the delivery guy. The delivery guy is so memorable that everyone easily chuckles when they see this commercial. Also, those who don't know this character may actually look up to see what HighLife is all about. A great use of 1 second to get the message across. BRILLIANT (refering to another memorable quoted commercial)
