Yes, normally, they would. But, the whole point of this game is to show that America is far too weak now to do much of ANYTHING. The economy is so bad by this point that it can't even support its citizens, let alone its military. So, North Korea seizes the opportunity to bully Japan into joining it with the full knowledge that all America can do now is watch it happen. You see?

The storyline has a realistic feel to it dealing with world events that could possibly happen..But in reality North Korea is not even close to becoming the world power and having Advanced technology to even pull this off.. Even if they tried The U.S. would smash them, we are too powerful military technology wise.. But none the less this is a kick ass awesome game this is only for grown folks and not little kids LOL
