I have so much respect for the Danzig (Misfits), who wrote this song 25 years ago. Metallica does a great job covering both song, but Green was meant for them. Its as if Danzig wrote the song with Metallica in mind. Nonetheless, the fact that Metallica ends their show with these two songs is a tremendous honor to the Misfits.

I'm a big Misfits fan, and never was really into metal, though; but I have to give it to Metallica, they've always done a hell of a job on the Misfits songs, and I truly do mean this: it's sad that James couldn't have been the singer for the Misfits when they re-grouped in the late 90's. Danzig made the Misfits the Misfits, b/c he has a 1 of a kind voice, but James, man, that guy can fuckin' hang with them. Mad respect for Metallica showing respect to Misfits & other bands that paved the way.
