@psychorohan its not tempo, it uses different effects like freq modulation, reverb, delay, so and so to build up to its climax and of course progression matters too but there isnt a song that changes tempo, even when theres a brake effect of speeding up effect its just pitch modulation usually or it comes to its regular tempo after 32 counts of so
