Japanese automobiles are the epitome of doing things that don't even matter. The SC430 is put together like soft bread and premium butter. Remember its a car that goes through bumps and dings, not something fond of being a Dragon Roll at an expensive Sushi Restaurant. Give Lexus a few more generations and I think people wouldn't be driving Lexus' anymore but to park it at home in the garage for friends and family to marvel upon.

What I like the most?

On the BMW 7 series, the doors on the short wheelbase look correct. The front/rear doors on the long wheelbase look like they came from two different cars. REEKS of cost cutting!

The Lexus always looks perfect, in either length. Aesthetics are perfect!

i have owned a ls360 for now 3 years. have racked up 98000 miles on it. the only problem i have had yet is the power outlet stopped working. replaced at 86000 for free. thats what is called customer service. toyota rocks!

Awesome. Thanks for posting. What are your thoughts on the Toyota/Lexus stuck accelerator problems? I don't think they have yet to figure that one out, and mats and pedals may not be a solution.

That's something that was blown way out of proportion, it happened, like, one time & everyone makes a big deal because so many people out there hate Toyota 'cause they're the best & want anything they can say to make them look bad. Besides, if your accelerator becomes stuck, just hit the brake & the car will stop.

There are several dozen documented cases of this happening to date. It has happened to me in my driveway, and I did shift into neutral, as braking did not work.  I am a very loyal Lexus and Toyota owner, having owned several of both models and will continue to drive them with confidence, however a true fix to this problem remains to be found.

You are way wrong, there are over 2,000 documents of it and the breaks were over powered meaning you could not stop! You could put it in neutral but when your car is accelerating by its self and going 100 mph you might not think about that.
