I don't watch soaps, but this scene made me cry- especially the exchange between Alan and Monica of "I don't wanna disappoint you," and "you can't.." Extraordinary.
@mca1218 @ GH was the only soap I watched and the main reason was because of these two. They had the best chemistry and the acting was wonderful. Watch some more of the breast cancer and drug addiction clips to see what I'm talking about, especially pxlbarrel's Monica's Cancer parts 57, 12, 5 (mirror scene), 71, and 45 "I will not let you go." Tearjerkers all. They did great comedy too. I'm glad you enjoyed the clip.
This is what I am talking about! I've loved Stuart Damon since I was little - and this is the GH that I love! I just could never get into all the mob stuff. They've finally started showing the show here again in Australia, and it's great to have it back (esp in light of the other ABC cancellations), but I miss these characters......
GH needs more Q moments like this, but unfort. they killed off emily, both ajs, the tracey's children are off screen! Now iti is too mob related although enjoying the Dante's scenes.

After. Dorman starts sending Monica anonymous gifts and Monica thinks it's Alan. Alan and Monica go at it again...fight...Alan moves out and they separate and the Dorman affair begins.
I love you for posting this. I love these two sooo much. This scene made me cry my eyes out. The dialogue is just amazing. The love is so pure and real. Gosh it just kills me that this is gone from our tv screen now.

I hated the Dorman storyline. I thought the 2 Dormans were very ugly.
