in bravil castle i think, talk to that female orc with full ebony armor, one of the black bows has enchanted ebony longsword if you do it at right level. (he has orc helm+ebony boots, sheild, longsword+mithril body, ?greaves?+ ?leather or fur? gloves.
but yeah, not that amazing i'm only level 22 and i have full ebony armor (full set of ebony blade weps, dagger (does 20 fire), longsword(15 shock?), claymore
