Many Chinese gathered to Nagano and behaved as if there was their country. Rudely and violently. Many Japanese got violent actions from them in Japan, our country.

Our Japanese goverment has to re-consider the current visa dilivery policy to Chinese, and Japanese visas have to be granted to Chinese more cautiously and strictly. (Currently, Japan grants visas for Chinese easily in the name of 'study in Japan')
