Growing and Processing Pineapples

My father have a small pineapple at the back of our house. We do a lot of things with Pineapple. We make juice, we make cake, we make pizza, but my favorite is Pineapple tart.

I had one pineapple planted in a pot. It grew up beautifully,but somebody just stole it when I was away.I felt so bad.> I planted another 2 and I kept them in my backyard.

i still prefer to buy whole pineapples and cut them into cubes and such. they don't have that aluminum taste in them that canned fruit does.

I agree, so from what i gather.. the pineapples are basicly preserved somehow.. im not sure.. or is it because of thier acidity that they dont need to be preserved ?...

and also.. i should buy the pineapple rings rather then the peices ? because id be sweeter ?

and how about the Pineapple in Syrup Vs pineapple in juice etc ?..

We use to have two and it gave Pineapple (as long as the vid says) but after ... i think about after 20 ears they were neglected and they dnt give pineapple anymore..lol.
