Im a Safety officer on construction, and your perception of safety can make people get injured or maybe even KILLED, the number one perpose of Safety is to prevent injury through preventative measures. Its not the supervisors or the safety officer thats going to be injured or be put in a wheelchair for life, ITS YOU WHO ARE WORKING DIRECTLY! Preventative measures are there for YOUR protection. and its got nothing to do with bonusus. a bonus wont put your arm arm back on

If the safety risk goes up so do the insurance costs. It is because the insurance companies have every business by the balls that the businesses are concerned with these types of issues. If the ins. costs keep going up companies go out of business, then everyone loses his/her job. BE CAREFUL! for everyones sake.(especially your family's)
