he played in Singapore National Theatre Symphonic Band in the 90s which is now called Singapore Wind Symphony, at that time he was already very good in playing drum kits in tama brand and eventually his band mates called him tama for his recognition and skills.
Singapore drummers generally look more stiff but trust me, it only looks stiff . the playing wise to them is actually relaxed.
