  • @MrYesandNo it's happening because you are young and due to intensive exercising your skin is stretching out faster then what should normally take time to do so ( for example... if you are gaining weight, you gain grams per day and your skin adjusts to it throughout the time, with exercising you are accelerating the growth of mussels and skin can't keep up with it)... tune it down a bit :D

  • @grahamfocke Focus on your diet to lose weight, you can do a million crunches and you still wont have a six pack, all you have to do is reduce your body fat percentage. I hardly ever do crunches and the six pack is there. Do some research on bodybuilding. c o m in the forums section under fat loss. hope this helps.

  • @Mar87Lin There are a lot of exercise that can work your abs while sit-ups is one of the most fruitless exercise out there. Alternate leg thrust/Leg Raise would be a much much more fruitful abs workout.

  • @Mar87Lin Do weight training, far better than interval training, you need to build muscle to burn fat. Trust me, I found that out years ago.

  • @Mar87Lin If by warm up you mean walk for 5 mins on the treadmill, yeah thats fine. But dont run yourself to death, save the energy for the weight training. Go into a split routine, 3 or 4 days like this: monday:chest and triceps and shoulders, wednesday: legs, friday:back and biceps. So you are hitting each of your muscle groups once a week. Each workout should be around 14 sets and take around 40 minutes, after your done with the weightlifting do 10 - 15 minutes of light cardio.

  • @Mar87Lin It depends how hard you train your gut, if its very sore the next day it would be a good idea not to train it. But given that it is a relatively small muscle group, it is able to take more punishment, when I train my core it will usually be once every 2 or 3 days. I dont concentrate on it too much because it gets worked out when I do all my exercises. And it doesnt really matter how many exercises you use per muscle, for chest, all i do is bench press, for triceps I do three exercises.

So that i can see if i get your tips right and also people don´t have to go through all your clips to get a quick overview on how to workout. Do you do supersets on more muscle groups than your shoulders?

  • @MrAugust19th not to sound like a dick, but that is not the most effective workout for muscle building. Its very good that you are exercising though man... To keep it short, go to "twinmuscleworkout" youtube channel, look through their videos and go on their website, they helped me make loads of muscle gains and give no bull shit advice.

  • @MrAugust19th u have to progressively overload on the sets, reps and weight to start to get bigger if u keep on doing the same thing everyday you wont get any bigger, what i mean by progressive overload is that you have to up the intensity with heavier weights or more sets and reps

  • @MrAugust19th Haha bro you cant work out "everyday" you need to give your muscles sometime to repair. When you workout and really push your self your muscles rip, and when they repair they get bigger, this is basicaly how your muscles get bigger. If you workout everyday you will not give your muscles time to repair, or get bigger. ie. buffer like phatoma1 said you have to progressively overload! But your answer is probably no. you wont get that much bigger in one months its to little time

  • I'm 14, about average size and I've started going to the gym 2-3 times a week and I do swim training about 7 hours a week. I started gym cos I'm kinda skinny but what's the limit of working out before I start to stunt my growth?

  • @mafiainmygarden only exercises like squats and deadlifts stunt your growth so try to avoid those until your are older and stop growing

  • @mafiainmygarden i was the tallest in my class in school, and me and one of the other bigger guys started lifting weights standing and everyone else got taller around us. Use benches and prayer racks and dont overdo it. If you go to the gym that much, it can damage you at that age, not to mention the fact that it means youre probably not eating enough to offset it. you wont stop growing til ur 21, no need to rush to the finish line bro it'll come!
