I am sorry but Ronaldinho just doesn't have it anymore. I love Ronaldinho as much as the next guy but at the same time i am realistic. Yes, he still does show flashes of brilliance and flashes of the old Ronaldinho but for the most part, He is not the same anymore. People are talking about Ronaldinho being in on the 2014 world cup squad is just insane. What makes you think he'll even be fit enough to even smell the bench? He'll be 34. Zidane was the one guy who dominated the WC at 34.
@kanguesso Ok I see where you're coming from but let me ask you this. Do you remember how well Ronaldinho was playing in 09/10 season run up to the World Cup? All he desired was a return to Selecao. But Dunga denied him that, he was ready to give it all for Brazil to repent for the fall of 2006. Sure he isn't the same Dinho as 05/06 but still, I am 100% confident if Dinho is given active chances to play for Brazil, he'll manage to make it to the 2014 World Cup. There's no doubt in my mind =)
@C4DemoN15 As a fan of football in general, and as a fan of Ronaldinho's, i sure would love to see him playing on the 2014 squad. However, conventional wisdom just tells me that he won't be there. I love Ronaldinho and i sure hope you're right but i just think that his skills will have declined considerably by the year 2014.
but a player of such GREAT quality will NEVER lose his magic.
Did you see Diego Maradona in the 2010 World Cup?
Forgot which team Argentina was playing, but that Diego played with the ball a little when it was headed out of bounds, and he was just like the old days.
@RunLaMigra Dude come on, lets get serious here. Just because Diego played can still do some tricks with the ball, doesn't mean he can play at that level or at the level he once did. Mike Tyson can still punch and probably knock the average guy on the street to sleep. However, there is a reason why he's retired. He doesn't have anymore. There comes a time in an athletes' life where they face a decline in their skills. It happened to the best of them. That is why "Michael Jordan" is retired.
I really love your videos , they have incredible quality but Ronaldinho vs Parma should come early because the game was several days late but like i said before , your Quality are amazing, better than my tv lol
