As Ashers65 wrote, it is "Waltz From Waves of the Danube, No. 1", (or, simply, "Waves of the Danube"). It was written by Romanian composer, Iosif Ivanovici in 1880. Although an entirely different song, 1941's "The Anniversary Waltz" is reminiscent of (and is, in some parts, similar to) "Waves of the Danube".
