  • Good video. Point taken!

  • the amount of dislike on this, one of the best videos of all time clearly show the confirmation of the message it's self, people do not want to hear truth, only a feel good message with no conviction, this amazes me, many have not and will not wake up, The lord in his mercy has been for sometime now trying to speak to people, like the O.T. prophets were not headed for the most, killed, stoned, put in prison why? for exposing their sin, like it or not you can not hide from the lord or his truth

  • Atheist here. The answer is very simple: empathy.

  • @pongells Sorry, but the lunatic in the video didn't have empathy in his dna. Besides, who says that empathy is important?

  • @skellys3 It seems to me there is some misconception about DNA in this discussion. DNA by itself is nothing. An individual is a rational being with complex biochemical processes going on inside him. We got a brain. If he doesn't have empathy, he is an ill and disturbed man who should not be taken as representative for the human specie. Empathy is important because it helps you build a moral. Or are you basing your morals on the Bible? :|

  • @pongells Who says that "empathy" is "normal"? Who says that it isn't those who HAVE "empathy" that are "ill" and "disturbed"? Why is "building a moral" important? I think that it's pretty obvious to me that you "don't get it". Also, way to not answer my question. I didn't ask WHY empathy is important, but WHO SAYS it's important. Please pay attention to the questions and answer them properly if you want to continue this discussion...

  • the reason evolution is called a "theory" is because it is NOT proven~how exactly does a scale become a feather, anyways?

  • So would a theist accept their fate in this scenario, or is there a way out?

  • @brocroft /watch?v=Y5yw-O4s71c

  • @skellys3 Not very interesting, but then the topic has already been debated ad infinitum. You were probably right about the first caller being Erik's brother, they had very similar voices.

  • @brocroft The way out for a theist is the 6th commandment. Thou shall not commit murder.

  • there is a reason why MOST of the people don't kill, if they would, there won't be any. the only reason why a few murderers can survive, is because they basiclly "leech" of the rest. "your" killer DNA won't survive, if you kill too many (i.e. you will eventully get caught).

how can one argue his way from a murderer? not sure if one can. doesn't mean the arguments are false.

  • All atheist need to research the fact that all near death experiences testify of the Christian experience. Search Dr Jeffrey long or the guy who died (discovery channel episode)for 5 days then came back and told the doctors everything that happened to him.

  • Would an average Christian act the same way? I think so. An atheist would act like this because we believe that dying is the end of our lives. If a Christian acts like this, then isn't that kind of weird, considering that they would just go to heaven?

  • @LegendaryAsshole Or they could murder someone or be born to none of the things you claim. Your "reason" is pure guesswork with no way to prove.

  • 47 Atheists got owned!

  • @waytruthlifedisciple LOL! That's the truth!

  • I think someone is watching a lot of CSI. This was goofy and fun, I thank you for the lol's. :)

  • I didn't realize Tony Hale was that hard up for work, shame, he's a good actor.

  • Fantastic production. I look forward to seeing what you produce from a better-sourced script. Some of the dialogue is punchy, but the research and reference is abysmal. The bottom fell out of the credibility bucket on the phrase "criminal biology". As an argumentative piece, this is dross. As a short thriller, however, well worth a rewrite/remake.

  • Debating as to why he should not kill? Simple, my children, unborn or otherwise, or myself could one day come up with an idea or technology that will improve life for all human beings, and even reverse pollution. It would be counterproductive to kill another human being.

That is enough reason not to.

  • Solid Video

  • Awesome! Praise God!

  • Great video :)

  • According to the Atheists world view, it's impossible to go from what IS to what OUGHT to be, without taking a leap of faith.

If there was no ultimate moral giver or judge, claiming that evil or wrong behavior existed would be absurd. FYI, wrong behavior does exist.

  • @HolyRevelation AMEN!!

  • @HolyRevelation

    Amen

  • @HolyRevelation wrong behavior is subjective, what you're talking about is objective morality which does not exist.

  • @WallieTF Yes, it does.

  • Evolution is an observed theory, it is not a life philosophy. Just because we know about the Theory of Gravity, doesn't mean that humans aren't meant to jump. Nor does the second law of thermodynamics suggest that using energy to power vehicles is pointless because it will inevitably equilibrate, regardless of how we transfer, store, or use it. Just because the reality of evolution seems unpleasent, does not make it any less true. Same goes for entropy, or divorce rates in the western world.

  • @DrArneMagnusson LOL! So you would agree with the professor in this video then, right? Maybe this guy should kidnap you...

  • @DrArneMagnusson

"...an observed theory..." Only if you redefine 'observed' to mean an interpretation of the fossil or genetic records (btw a moth altering wing colour etc is not evolution but natural selection, i.e it is still a moth!). This asinine redefining occurs with the term 'speciation' (e.g we say its now a different species even if it is still a moth!)

"...not a life philosophy." Really? Philosophers, sociologists, economists and political theorists might have something to say there.

  • @DrArneMagnusson if evolution is true, than think about this, we are taught in every science class that matter cannot be created or destroyed, only changed, if this is true, and all things are of matter, than how did the first matter come to be?. think about this from every angle. if humans cants even create matter, that how can NOTHING create it? ps: Go watch Kent Hovind videos on youtube, he absolutely explains everything, it would be awesome to have to be in heaven, God bless mate :)

  • @DrArneMagnusson Limited variation is observed. Evolutionary change which requires completely new additional genetic information has never been observed. To call it science is a stretch. Thus evolution in the sense of the "goo to you" IS NOT an observed theory. There is a big difference between origin science/speculation and operational science. The "goo to you" theory consists of fancy and detailed explanations which always skirt around the elephants in the room. Foolishness.

  • @DrArneMagnusson You make several errors in your comment. Gravity is a law, we KNOW it exists. It is only referred to as theory, because we don't know HOW it works. 2nd Law of Thermodynamics (Entropy) disproves Evolution. Things break down, they don't evolve into higher forms of life. Divorce rate has nothing to do with Evolution. To say it is, admits self contradiction. Divorce rates are a direct result of lack of morality.

  • @TracyB777 You freely throw around the words entropy and theory as if you actually understand it. The laws in thermodynamics are defined for simplified, closed systems. Look up evolution to see if it is actually part of a closed system or not. By your logic, we should have descended into a lesser beings both physically and mentally, both of which runs contrary to evidence.
