I read the book in my sophmore year in college for an English course I took. We watched this interview in class, and I almost cried just like the other kids in class. I wish I could've met him. I was only 5 years old when he died. See you on the other side Morrie.
I was totally crying in my bedroom while reading this...I finished reading it in one day...I'm 14 so reading the book really helped me on how to live my life.. :) thank u so much morrie :))))))
I read this book in my last year of High school just on my own time. I'm not a reader, but I could not put it down. After reading it, Ii completely changed the way I think, the way I act. I desired to follow my passion for photography and now am in college for Photojournalism. This man changed my life....and I wish I could have had the chance to thank him....and I day I will
I have an English project where I have to interview someone and then compare their answers with Morrie's thinking. What are some questions I could ask?
Ted Koppel did more to damage race relations in this country than anyone in the history of broadcasting. For over two-decades, Koppel used the vast power of his Nightline show to drill into millions of minds that Caucasians, especially males, are the absolute scum-of-the-earth!
He especially worked on blacks with his campaign of slamming Caucasians, hence we now have a black-on-white crime epidemic that's off the charts!
These days the Golden Piehole lives comfortably as a retired millionaire.
it does to me too, but they aren't comparable as much as you said it. He is talking almost spiritually, but he is nothing else but a human just like the rest of us
actuallu no. becuz i just read it in my school and am wondering if (s)he is in the same divsion. so dont comment till you know what your talkin about thanks ! :)
morrie really touched my heart after i read the book and it changed me forever. i definitely havent gotten over the "fear" of death and dying in general entirely but it's something that he really has taught me to work on. maybe life and death is just a little bridge over a river and not a huge chasm in between like he said. what a great man. he is truly immortal in the sense that his wisdom and words will never die.
Someone is going to have to wipe my ass! Morrie<3

morrie seems so people oriented... hes saying he doesnt want to be alive if he can no longer communicate to others. =/

Everyone could take advice from him!! He taught us through this documentary and with the help of Mitch Albom's book how to live and how to die.
