Even the person who posted the video wrote "Bas Rutten explains how he almost killed Brian Urlacher". Bas only described how he almost fought Urlacher. Urlacher supposedly backed down (like he should have...he had absolutely nothing to gain). I appreciate the enthusiasm many have for Bas, but the proof is in the pudding. No fight occured, so we do not know what the outcome would have been.

That inverted heel hook that Anderson Silva was caught in is one of the most, if not the most, dangerous submissions in Jiu Jitsu or MMA. In fact, it is so dangerous that they disallowed that move in Jiu Jitsu competition. It is one of those moves that you absolutely have to tap before you even feel the pain because if you don't and you actually wait to feel the pain coming, it will be too late. Your knee, shin bone and achilles tendon would be FUCKED and you'll NEVER walk the same again.
