Today is day 12 vlcd I have lost 14 lbs so happy about but why do you think I am so hungry ? Just not fair when I hear those like you who are not ...What to do ?

Maybe you need to adjust your dosage. Keep in mind a higher dosage is not necessarily more effective. I do better on a dose closer to .125 as opposed to .150. You should not be hungry

The meal plan is the same regardless of how long your round is. Sorry I don't have it written down. I kept things pretty simple and precooked and prepackaged in the fridge and freezer made it easier for me.

hi there~~, I have a very important question that needs an answer. My doctor mixed my HCG for me, He told me to get it in the refrigerator right away... I forgot, it was about an 1 hour and a half before I did get it into the fridge, Do you think it is still ok to use?

Hi Jibbie! I found something that made the apple cidar vinegar paletable. I blend the 2 tablespoons with the 5 strawberries, and can add sweetener to that...it tastes a bit bitter, but like a natural bitter taste with sweet....I really liked it..thought I would pass it on.
