Oh very impressive work and video. I have few questions about it

1-why don't you use shim for finish on the outer beam. what is the use of this shim?

2-do you use the forms to make the handrail or use an other way to do it?

Do you give courses? Probably a million things to learn here :) I am a novice woodworker from Norway. But i would have dropped everything to get som teaching.

Does every how to video have to have music in the background? It's more interesting listening to someone explain what it is the viewer is trying to grasp.

Very nice work. Is the pitch determined based on the floor heights, allowable headroom and tread depth requirements? How do you calculate the length of a helical radius? Fabric tape on staging walls doesn't seem accurate. I'll bet there is pi involved. Hopefully lemon meringue ;^)
