  • i love this girls voice but i duno wen i hear classical singers doing folk songs. its kinda missing that rawness that you have in folk. but her rule the world is phenomenal!!!

  • Some people are blessed with good looks, and others special talents. To get both is just greedy!

  • @msmcgregor so that means Barlows fucked (X,oD

  • Je craque quelle voix !!!

  • She Moves Through The Fair is unsuitable for an opera singer. All About Eve's version is much, much better.

  • @guv859 she's not an opera singer, obviously. she's an classical crossover/atmospheric singer. there's a difference.

  • I LOVE YOUR VOICE!

  • Wow this is just so mesmerizing , I give it five stars :)

  • if it was not for 'Scruffy Barlow' (as you put it) you might not have been listening to her. It was Barlow who signed her (as his first signing mind you) to his label.

  • Absolutely beautiful voice!

  • Good version but been done many times before including the rip off by simple minds. This song is a traditional folk song hundreds of years old. Other good versions by numerous folk bands in the 1970s, All about eve in the 80s, Sinead Oconnor etc etc. Everyone and their dog has covered it.

  • What an amazing voice. Camilla Kerslake and Susan Boyle are the two best voices on the music scene at the moment and I am looking forward to your album when it is released later this month. I just wish my mother, who died recently, was able to here you. I am not ashamed to tell you that I get quite emotional when I here you sing anything. Brilliant. Thank you Garry for listening to her music initially.

  • Yeah but lets face it, which one would you rather wake up with?

  • amazing voice but sinead o connors version still walks all over it!

  • SImple Minds' Belfast Child used the melody and chords of 'She Moved Through The Fair' which is a traditional Irish song and replaced all the lyrics.

  • sorry Josh she moved through the fare is an old Iirish traditional song pre 1920... A bit before simple minds dont you think?

  • @murrayno5 Isn't that what he said, dumbass?

  • Comment removed

  • has anyone else noticed this is a complete rip off from Belfast Child by Simple Minds??? seriously listen to both they are exactly the same

  • Same tune-different lyrics I think you will find. Simple Minds covered this tune, in 1989, decades after this original was recorded , as far as I am aware?

  • Funny that this 'rip off' is a pre 1920's traditional Irish song. I never knew ' simple minds... pun intended were around back then

  • both sound the same because they ae... kinda/ She moved through the fare is a traditional irish song which predates 1920. Were simple minds around back then?

  • Heard you on radio 2 today and had to look you up.............totally wicked..

  • Oh how fab it is to have a new gal on the scene...so looking forward to hearing the album and see you much luck xxxx

  • Stunning Camilla. I'm so looking forward to the album arriving.

  • So beautiful. :')

  • Amazing voice!

  • Omg. I love this <3 Camilla is so amazing!

  • Such a pure instrument. I'm not particularly religous, but there's something heavenly about it.
