Your a joke buddy, the intention was not to be level 12. I wanted to video tape my last chance to take part in that instance. You can clearly see I was doing the same amount of killing when I was level 11 than when I was level 12. And if you didn't know how to read the gear was all level 8 gear ANYONE in that tier could easily access. Learn to play.
Level does make a difference, aka skills and armour though, at lvl 10 my dok is a monster and wipes the floor with Iron breakers and sword masters. I have been doing scenario's since rank one on my dok and the difference is huge. 2 hots and rend soul + other healing attacks makes her unkillable ynless I am outneumbered.
This is true I did ding 12 in that scenario but I did not recieve any tangible benefits from it. No new abilities were learned or anything like that. If anything at all maybe my hp went up by 20.
And gear was just tier 2 set of RR gear. Attainable at level 8 i believe.
Correct me if I'm wrong... But if you ding 12 during a scenario that means you're in tier1 which is 1-11. Basically you were higher lvl than everyone else in there and quite likely overgeared them as well.

i heard gear in this game isnt like wow gear anyway. in wow, gear is everything, in this game u need more skill, skill=75% gear=25%

Kind of arbitrary numbers. Gear has an impact, but it's not nearly as much as WoW.

It was actually extremely fun. I didnt quite play as a team player but it was a PUG and I went for any squishy in sight.
