Danielle! i just wanted to say that when I pray the rosary with my wife, it's the most beautiful experience you could imagine! If u have a boyfriend, i would recomend that U do the same thing! While I don't agree with several Catholic traditions, it's very nice to see another younger person who actually tries to do what is right. It's especially nice seeing a pretty girl who doesn't act like... most pretty girls do these days.

Traditionaly the Rosary is known as 3 sets of mysteries(15 decades) together that makes one Rosary. Then Pope John Paul 2 added the luminous one. Maybe you have heard about Medjugorje(Apparition of the blessed mother). Well our Lady asks of us to pray everyday the Rosary.

There is only one thing I do not understand:( at the begining of the prayer you make a sign of cross with your left hand? Why?

Perhaps it is just a litle mistake - perhaps you tried to imagine someone praying with you and mirroring you - that could explain it.
