I think you guys did not think this over thoroughly when you decided to put this on Youtube. Judging by the amount of dislikes for all 3 videos which KFC have uploaded, It clearly shows what the majority thinks. I myself had issues with KFC (Pusat Bandar Damansara KL). It's like there's no QSC in your restaurant. My only sound advise is to remove the videos and come clean by advertising it in the papers. Do a small ad campaign and fire your PR people.

They are the best worker in the world known to handle customer with right attitude, well discipline, attentive, respectful , polite, pleasant smile, good personality and offer comfort and safety too. But be ready to employ them with hire salary coz they are experience people.

People nature always understandable, KFC staff, if you depressed or having pressure, please do discuss with your management, no point you fighting with customers.
