@glvelasquez As far as i know (i dont have the game) you should be able to freeroam. You wont be able to get out of the car tho youve never been granted that option in any of the MC series, if im right.

@BooshkiiBomb123 thx, yes, there are 2. the normal edition and the complete edition. the complete edition includes south central expansion pack, police car pack and car pack 1 & 2.

all DLCs are included in the complete edition, but you can download it on PSN too (but not for free) ;)
