I don't think Beast is a tech in this game.  Unless Flynn uses it.

Yuri has a beast move. It's the Lone Wolf charge. Works the same way with a different name.

Karol's is called "Punishing Beast Flash". It's a spinning attack that hits 2-3 times and knocks down enemies in front of him. Useful in combos such as:

3 Hit Base Combo -> Punishing Fang -> Twin Punishing Fang -> Punishing Beast Flash

Or

3 Hit Base Combo -> Havoc Break -> Havoc Thunder -> Punishing Beast Flash

For those that don't use Karol, he's so much fun lol :)
