The constitution was suspended back around the great depression. I am not a constitution expert, or one of actual history. It is interesting that we started paying into Social Security when the avg life expectancy that didn't make retirement. What was that money for? Paying back the fed for the depression that was created by the owners of the private/non federal- Federal Reserve. We have been living a lie a long time now.

I think that the gov has privatized, and created the crap in trade/carbon tax, healthcare, and others so that the Fed Reserve is guaranteed repayment of the printing of the FIAT money for all the bailouts, 10 billion for Brazil offshore oil-Soros is heavily invested in the state owned oil company, wars, and we all know about all the money being thrown around. The Fed will still not tell who got the bailout money. AUDIT THE FEDERAL RESERVE. It's criminal central, and it goes out from there.

If the Supreme Courts can overrule the Constitution of the United States and remove citizen's rights, what good is the Constitution? Is it even worth the paper it was written on?

The Supreme court is made up of people entitled to a full pension for the rest of their life. Why would not they change the Constitution to protect their personal interest. They have been bought and payed for. We have been lied too to preserve their own interests. So will die their stubborn guilt.
