whenever i watch that last scene, showing all the people that have been there the entire show, i start bawling. this show was and is my favorite of all time. something about it made you feel so familiar with it after watching just one episode, and by the time you watch five, you live and starshollow, grow up with rory, have a friend like paris, date luke, and have parents like richard and emily. once you're in starshollow, you never want to leave. their world is the best world imaginable.

Rory graduated from Yale and after failing to find a job for a while was offered a great opportunity but had to leave in something like 2 days and would be traveling for most of a year. They had planned a road trip (to try all the roller coasters in American ha!) that had to be cancelled so Lorelai was very sad that their separation was so sudden and they were unprepared. You should watch it when you get a chance even if you just rent it from Blockbuster! lol!

Oops! Sorry! I left out that the town was plannng a big surprise party outside but it rained so Luke stayed up all night and sewed all the town's tarps together for them to have a big enough tent for the party! Sigh!
