  • SOMEONE bring him to UFC already seriously.

  • when they introduce him in the cage at the beginning he is like yeah whatever lets get it over whit hehe i like this guy

he is the fedor of the LHW minus the loses

  • @VAPOURi Jon Bones Jones?

  • Good highlight video. Shows the action and style really well.

Mousasi is a Judo black belt with GSP-like boxing skills. He also seems very different from other cage fighters in style seemingly able to turn on and off his testosterone while remaining calm at all times. He seems more aware of when a fight is over than even the referee and is concerned for his opponents after. Good martial art spirit and rule awareness.

Hope he fights in the UFC - less diversity, but some truly tough opponents!

  • my favorite fighter but he has years of learning ahead of him he's is the future of MMA though he's only 24 for heaven's sake

  • gegard vs shogun would be an absolute firework show. he needs to get to the ufc asap..no compelling match ups for this guy outside the ufc besides maybe dan henderson

  • a win over a top fighter like Hendo would be great for Mousasi's future then I agree GO TO THE UFC

  • @cyperz11

UFC SUCKS! They treat their fighters like slaves. Which is why Fedor hasnt gone over!

  • guy's like GSP, Anderson, Machida, Shogun, and a lot of the other great fighters in the world seem to be just fine, but Mousasi want's to fight more often and in different organizations to gain experience and improve and he can't do that in the UFC but eventually I think he will make the jump

  • @cyperz11

Wrong! Guys like Fedor and Mousasi fight A LOT! They fight far more often than UFC fighter. UFC wants to protect their fighters where as Strikeforce allows their fighters to go to Japan, and every where else to fight in addition to Strikeforce.

This is the main reason Fedor says UFC doesnt treat their fighters like humans.

Mousasi will be one of the greatest. In the same class as Fedor, Silva, GSP, and BJ. P4P there has never been anyone better than those 4. Mousasi will be 5

  • how was I wrong about anything? and I didn't state a fact I just stated an opinion, if anyone is wrong it would be you because who's to say they will never join the UFC neither of them have ever said this.

  • @cyperz11

Are you saying that in order to be the best, you must fight in the UFC? By the end of this year, I bet StrikeForce will be even with UFC with talent.

Nobody in the world can come close to beating Fedor, even Silva. Gegard can hold his own against Fedor. Thats my point. UFC is very close to losing their edge and StrikeForce will overtake them with talent.

How about Silva and GSP go to StrikeForce? They will have more competition there.

  • Fedor or Gegard haven't done to any opponent what Anderson has done to his, anyone who denies that is delusional so really how can a person with common sense say that stuff, also the UFC has the best fighters in the world right now and it will stay that way because Strikeforce doesn't have the exposure of PPV the UFC is far ahead of them and 2010 will be a huge year for the UFC with the Machida-Shogun rematch, the new game, and all the stacked cards it will only bring the best to the UFC.

  • @cyperz11

ARE YOU INSANE? I have seen Anderson Tap out, but I nor nobody on this planet have seen Fedor tap out. I see Anderson has a few REAL defeats, FEDOR DOES NOT. His only defeat was BS. You go watch it.

There has NEVER been a MMA fighter in human history more dominating than Fedor. Nobody can beat him.

You must not watch MMA. Or you just started. The only one who can beat Fedor is God. Every MMA fighter agrees. Just listen to BJ Penn. Greatest EVER!

  • I am a fighter my self and I've trained a lot of different arts, how can you say Fedor is unbeatable? Anderson lost 9 years ago and 3 years before he ever had a black belt in BJJ but Anderson in present day now fully healed from an injury he's had for 2 years but still fought, is much much better, we'll most likely see Henderson fight Fedor, so let's see if he can dominate him the way Anderson did and if you watched the Forrest fight who has Fedor dominated like that? or anybody for that matter?

  • @cyperz11

I called that before the fight. I knew Silva was FAR faster than Forrest. But it was one of those pairings that has a fighter who will completely dominate the other guy.

Forrest used to be the Champ. You just dont destroy someone like that cause they are weak or you have their number.

Fedor is a HW and is just as fast as Silva. Silva wouldnt be able to do that to him.

Like I said, Fedor has NEVER tasted defeat. He is the greatest of all time.

  • Anderson didn't beat him with speed, only technique and timing, his technique in his movement and his distance he kept from Forrest, and timing when he landed every punch, right when Forrest put his weight on his right leg so he could step left, right when he missed all 4 of his punches, then Anderson rocked him bad while he was on the ground, then used his distance and timing to KO Forrest from hitting him again right when Forrest went to take a step and punch, who else has proved this good?

  • @cyperz11

You speak of 1 fight. Just one. But I see Anderson with 4 losses. 1 was a DQ, so we could say 3. that 3 REAL losses.

Name 1 other fighter in MMA history with the record of Fedor. Silva dominated 1 fight, Fedor has dominated EVERY fight.

By the way, hes never been submitted, or even knocked down. He is a GOD! Silva is just a really good fighter.

  • @idiotfinder911 a record proves nothing about being the best fighter it proves you beat however many guys you beat but when you are considered the best why would you fight fighters that aren't considered the best, like Randy Couture, tried to get em in the UFC for Couture but he wouldn't, and now for Brock, and Anderson, he's fighting guys now that are no where close to as good as Anderson, and also Anderson lost by submission 3 years before he ever had a black belt in BJJ. talk about NOW.

  • @cyperz11

A record tells a lot.. I like Couture but he has lost many times. Fedor has beaten every Ex-UFC Champ to leave the UFC.

Fedor tried to go to the UFC but Dana wouldnt have let Fedor fight in any other events than UFC.

Listen to BJ Penn, he says Fedor is the GREATEST of all time. Not one of the greatest. But THE greatest. Bottom line

Dont take it form me, listen to the BJ Penn. LOL I really need to start watching MMA outside of UFC.

  • Anderson hasn't really lost in 5 years and his striking has never been matched in an MMA fight, his striking now is much stronger than it ever was and he has a black belt in BJJ and Judo under Noguiera, which he didn't have when he lost until 3 years later, there is no legitimate argument that Fedor is better than Anderson in PRESENT DAY, and also Fedor has been rocked, by a guy with little striking abiltiy, Anderson has never been rocked, and he was sub'd when he had little ground experience

  • @cyperz11

Fedor was hit one good time but still didnt go down. Fedor has NEVER tapped. Fedor is the greatest of all time in MMA standing up, and he is the best in the history of MMA on the ground. Nobody can even be compared to Fedor! Get over it!

Silva is the best in the UFC but will never match up to Fedor. Bottom line!

  • @idiotfinder911 Anderson been hit, even let his opponents hit him and has never been phased, every time I've seen him get hit he just turns it and and overwhelms his opponent, guy's like Lee Murray and Dan Henderson are better competition than nearly everyone on Fedor's record excluding Nog, Cro Cop, and Arlovski, Hendo and Lee Murray are 2 of the hardest punchers, Fujita has no striking skill, Anderson would pick fedor apart in PRESENT Day where ever the fight goes.

  • @cyperz11

Like I said, Anderson has tapped and has 4 LOSSES, Fedor has never tapped. ever!

By the way, HWs hit far harder than MWs. Get down in the lower weight classes and you will see them able to take more direct hits. Fedor is a different breed.

Silva is the 2nd maybe the 3rd best, behind Fedor and GSP, but he is not #1.

  • @idiotfinder911 Anderson has only tapped when he wasn't experienced on the ground since he's had a black belt under Noguiera no one has been able to mess with him on the ground, not olympic wrestlers, not BJJ world contenders, and if he fought at his natural weight and maybe even gained some weight in muscle he'd most likely be even better, there's nothing that Fedor has proved better than Anderson at for their last 11 fights.

  • @cyperz11

Last 11 fights, fighters have RAN from a fight with Fedor. Thats the truth! I think it would be a good fight, but silva, having a BJJ belt from Noguiera means nothing when the he himself lost to Fedor.

  • @idiotfinder911 yeah but honestly on the ground since he's had the black belt he's performed far better on the ground than Nog has, his submissions attempts are 2/2 and he timed both of them perfectly, after he felt out both opponents on the ground in the 1st round.

  • @idiotfinder911

Silva has said that Fedor would beat him himself. Look up the interview from that retard Eli Schectback or whatever.

  • @TreyMMA

I agree he isnt on Silvas level YET! Give him 2 more years and hell be a great fight. He is currently training with GSP and has been with Fedor for the last few years.

  • Not a real good highlight in my opinion. Music too loud and had little to do with the action on screen. Moreover, the highlight was posted 5 days ago... where is the fight with sokoudjou? And why was there only punching and subs, while Mousasi's trips (eg. against Hunt) and innovative takedowns (eg. against Sokoudjou), make him such an entertaining fighter. Finally, some background would had been nice.

Still, it is Mousasi so I will give it a 3 star rating.

  • fail

  • @galatians4v30

I am just trying to give ufcevents1 some tips for future HL's.. Because Mousasi is one of my favorite fighters I want him to have a real nice HL.

  • why would you rate it 3 star

  • @galatians4v30

I am not rating the fighter, I am rating the vid.

  • the second song was bad, i agree

  • 5:45 was pretty badass... i didn't even see it at first
