Your recipes are great but please stop repeating what you have already done before you go into the next step.try to show each ingredient at the very beginning and the amount you need and then go right into cooking. Just some advice.

@saiyaniam Heat in general, it denatures protein. But this won't affect you much since your body destroys in the protein in the digestive system to reabsorb it in the form of amino acids and reconstruct it the way it wants you! the only thing that heat also destroys is vitamins, but we get that from fresh vegetables and fruits (uncooked of course).
Is there a particular brand of protein powder that you use to make your sauces and icing? I've tried using my brand (Kaizen) and it just gets super sticky and is impossible to spread or pour on anything.
Everyone, the microwave rumour is not true. It doesn't fuck your food up and doesn't fuck with nutrition. Microwaves are good, quick, convenient and healthy ways to cook food. Don't believe everything u hear!

@futurefighter1 yeah, microwave aint healthy, the high heat makes most molecules unusable for your body. The thing with a microwave is the heat gets everywhere inside what you cook. With a regular stove the heat come from outside so that only the crust is messed up (unhealthy), it tastes good though.
These video titles and the thumbnail always make me laugh. It's like "healthy triple chocolate ice cream with vanilla toffee caramel fudge cheesecake".
