cool preshow. i have a question, anyone can answer how do you make the wood walls i don't want my haunt black plastic anymore. and is there a cheap way because we have a lot of ground to cover
The tarp has holes in it because the wind can get pretty severe and knock it down. even though we had the holes in the tarp, it still blew down 6 hours before opening up for business. luckily we got it up in time. alot of the tarp is from the years before and all the props are created so it cost us around $400 this year all together
It looked like you drove the 2x4's in the ground and attached the black plastic between them. If this is how you did it (We did it that way too, you can watch my video of my haunt) I would recommend putting some tie-downs on your outside posts. It helps a lot with wind. We had a problem with wind too a few days before showtime and we did the tie-downs and tied the inner posts to the outer posts. It makes the whole structure much more stable.
