@agentpaperman to be able to do things that other people can't do, and because its a challenging hobby that helps you gain confidence. watch pumping iron and you'll understand bodybuilding.

@MasiukA However a useless thing to do. Unless you're a bouncer or a linebacker, then it is a complete hassle. Some of these guys can't even wipe their own ass they're so big.

I have watched guys pump iron on here a lot and I find some of it very nice. Although it all goes to proportions. My idea of a bodybuilder is someone like Arnold Schwarzenegger, the other more lean ones are fine.

@agentpaperman bodybuilding isn't completely useless, you can always compete, or use it in sports as you mentioned. you'll look better and people don't pick fights with you. many people don't understand this sport. i had trouble understanding it until i actually did it. I always thought it was just weird and didn't know why people did it. i like seeing progression that i've achieved. also i was always bad at sports so bodybuilding was a good sport for me. it. its all about challenging yourself.

Great vids man. I personally like the October 2008 one the best, and the vids from then on have been smoking. You are tight man. Your arm transforms from lucid to a tight ball. Even a couple of the muscle strands bulge out. Hot!
