i agree try to put a translation, even if its vague or partially inaccurate it'd still be a huge help. For me the problem is theres like a key word in every sentence i dont understand which ruins it

It is hard to translate, strong lyrics, I'll try to translate what I can.

These are some of the parts:

- Stand for me (Iraq) a minute, to you be my saying, and the sayer himself *** and turn down not he who the time a has already turned him down

- I am knowing of sadness from my childhood *** my friend it is (the sadness) I don't mistaken him if I get to see him

-And he has a palm if he rests it on a mountain *** will not be able get up from it the old one

- He turns me upsidedown with it (the palm) *** like "the women which expect the baby during delivery" hold the baby up by its legs

- And he carries me like the hawk carrying its prey *** and he rises with it above the clouds taking it far

- So that if it manages to free itself from his claws it falls passing away *** And if it stays in his claws then it's to be eaten by him

- You see the child below the wall calling *** "Father don't be afraid", and the rain of death is showering heavily

- And his father filled with horror streches out his hand *** and his fingers fail to keep back the shoots (gun fire)

- In the news on every night *** we see our death rates rising and coming down

- for us everynight the kafans (the white cloth they wrap with it the dead) are woven *** for 50 years the spindles never getting tired

- The death accepts not but us as a prey *** As if, I swear, we are its people and its tribes

- And dead people on the shoreline of Iraq as if they are *** the decoration of a carpet the weaver has drawn carfully

- It is prayed upon then kicked afterwards *** and turned away from it the eyes and walked away

- If we are going to lose its Shaam and its Iraq *** then there to the Bait Al-Haram shall be its entrance

- I see the time accepts us not as friends to him *** and we cannot bear him as an enemy to fight

- So is there a generation that will come or has already passed *** which accepts to swap with us there lives and we swap

This was a simple translation for SOME of the parts, sorry its not perfect.
