the reason is that is becuz she has an adult who has a license in the car with her helping her learn so she cant get in trouble now i u do have a learning permit

and ur under 18 u still have to have an adult or any one who has license with you in the car till you get your own license but if ur 18 then you dont have to have a learning permit u can go straight to getting your license
