It's this very shortcut that's the reason why I hate this track on Wi-fi races. It's completely breaks races. Why can't Nintendo check their tracks for problems like this before releasing the game?

By the way, Nintendo really needs to make it possible to patch their games if bugs and glitches go undiscovered. I love ya, Nintendo, but it's time to move to the present. You better have download patching capabilities for the Wii U. You'd just be dumb otherwise.

I got the game for Christmas, and just caught someone doing this on wi-fi. All he would pick was Maka Wuhu just to do this exploit. I went to Time Trial to figure out how he did it, and I was disgusted when I figured it out. So depressing. I came looking for a YouTube video as soon as I figured it out for myself.

Are you referring to Ridge Racer 3D?

I haven't seen any patches that fixes major exploits that isn't a game freezing up.

Retro Studios however is notorious for adding invisible barriers/disabling exploits on newer releases of old games like Metroid Prime 1.
