Great looking sauce! I make my own no-cook BBQ sauce (for amateurs) that could be a base sauce for the extras that you add. Slightly sweet and a hint of smoke. Hope you'll take a look. Thanks for a great video!

Here is the recipe:
1/2 cup of really high-quality ketchup (225g)
1 TBS blackstrap molasses (shake it up good)
1 TBS apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. Penzey's onion powder
1 tsp. Penzey's smoked chipotle chili powder
2 heaping TBS brown sugar (about 40g)
1 clove of fresh garlic, pressed or minced
1/2 tsp. of Penzey's allspice
Combine in a saucepan with 1/2 cup to 1 cup of water, and stir gently over a low flame while your intrepid video reporter documents.
