This was from a documentary of the greatest Giseeles in dance history. Olge Spessivteva was the first to dance this variation in the '30's. There is footage of her dancing it. I'l try to put it on. She was incredible!
Thank you - it would be wonderful if you could. Markova does this same diagonal of turns, which is better than the usual circle. There's a little of Spessivtseva on History of Kirov, with Karsavina & Pavlova...
