i believe 90% are noypi, only noypi in pinas are hard to please they dont do standing ovations and they are not as wild as this crowd :D BUT Noypi who have been living abroad are "hybrid" adapted already to the cultures of the foreigners . @tofifiness actually most of the people there... i'd say 95-98% were filipino ...there were people passing by who stopped to watch with a crowd that big it's hard not to wonder what's going on but most of them were filipino... i was one of the very few that wasn't... this video is proof that filipinos can get wild :P

NOYPIs are not that HARD TO PLEASE..it's just that some of our kabayayans are "shy" to show their emotions..in the filipino culture (i think the same is true in other SEA countries as well) it's not quite commendable to be wild to show appreciation over someting or someone...clapping, whistling is enough...Standing ovation is a western tradition...
