Landlords are scums. My friend Anthony and Melissa Salas got away with not paying rent or moving out for eight months. You see he sued the landlord and trash the place. He change all the keys and got the place molded really bad by breaking some patches of holes in the ceiling so water would leak in. He then got the department of health or something involved and a public attorney to harass the landlord. You can make the system work for you if you know how because landlords are scums.
