Great Job!! The credit unions really love Ed and our credit card program. Huge Kudos to our call center..answering over 500 calls per day is very demanding. It's rewarding to see what great results our Cards department brings to our credit unions.
I particularly liked Ed's comment about how a CEO has 70 things to do and he only has one. That is a nice way to drive home CU Lending's commitment to the CU's card portfolio. Nice job.
Good video. Great information. I like the use of the testimonials, although I think fewer would have been sufficient. Flo did a nice job of presenting the importance of CC programs and of showing the department. The video itself was shaky and a bit blurry.
Excellent overview of Card Services and a great way to weave in CU testimonials. It would be fantastic to see these kinds of testimonials for other service areas. A few suggestions: Use a tripod to eliminate shaking and I agree that a better wrap up with contact info. would be good. Great job!

I think Flo did a great job explaining the benefits of a credit card portfolio. Great use of testimonials. Video was a bit shaky and a bit blurry.

I thought the use of credit union client video comments was great. The only thing I would have added was an ending with contact information
