On the 3:15 bit the way how I fix Cliff standing on Saibara's head is, when Cliff walks to him put another Saibara Sprite on top of the old one when he stops to him and make sure it fits perfectly to not get noticed. Hope that helps! :D
Epic intro o_O. It was good; can't really say anything except that the pacing could slow down a few ticks. The way I pace it is by saying it out loud as if they were actually saying the lines and separating it like that. Oh, and as for Cliff standing on Saibara, just fix the layers in Photoshop. Put the Saibara layer above the Cliff layer and it should look normal. If you got any questions, pm me or something ;). Good luck with the rest the series, I'll be waiting for the next vids :)
Not bad. Fix the dialogue speed a little, it's pretty fast at some parts.
When Cliff and Ann are talking, the words are too large and leave the text box, so you may want to fix that (it just looks better, but there's nothing reall wrong with it). Lastly, the only thing i can think of is to check your spelling. Again, not a major thing really.

@skittles16192 1.Download or make sprites,backgrounds,items,etc.
2.Download Photoshop 7 and camtasia studio 7
3.Use Photoshop 7 to create every single frame.
4.Use Camtasia Studio 7 to speed up the frames to make the animation.
5.Add endings(credits),some effects and music also by Camtasia Studio 7,
6.Upload it. :)
