Yes i totally agree badreligion. In 80s Maiden was allways like "3 months in the studio, then 8-10 months tour and rest for a month then one month for writing the songs to the next album and then 3 months in the studio etc... Now they do like 4-6 months tours and rest a year.
Back then they toured alot more than they do now so Bruce's vocal chords didnt have as much time to recover from each show thats why it sounds strained at times .
yeah this was happening on the World Slavery Tour 1985 Somewhere On Tour 1986 and on the Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son Tour 1988 but now Bruce sounds fucking awesome same thing with the band seeing them actually live in person is just AMAZING!!! it sounds NOTHING like the videos
i think this is the best version i've heard, all except bruce's vocals. i wonder what happened to him during this period?
