the camera must be a dash cam, I hope the driver is a survivor, not just film salvaged after the waters receded. I also wish I could read Japanese.

Watching all the other Tsunami videos the day of and the day after it all happened was horrific...you knew there were people in those cars with no where to go. No were to run, no where to hide. Now here is one who obviously survived to post the video. Hard to imagine, thanks for sharing something that I hope I never experience!

As far as radiation, looks like its America's turn to pay for our stupidity via Fort Calhoun and Cooper (among others). Please tell them to cover Monju!
